Summer is almost here and it’s time to schedule those school physicals and sports physicals! You can download the forms for physicals from our “Forms” section and complete most of the paperwork (except for the physical) before your visit. For sports physicals, make sure you fill in PART II (Medical History) before your visit. Our office tends to get busy in August, so scheduling these visits early in the summer, means your wait time may be shorter!
