Dr. Pamela Mancini
Dr. Pamela Mancini, MD, FAAP has been practicing medicine for over 20 years. She has an undergraduate degree in Art and a Masters in American Studies. She taught special Ed for 7 years while taking courses in special education and pre-med courses. She entered medical school on a Naval scholarship and she moved to the area in 1989. She is on the Stafford board for Head Start. She is married and the mother of 2, Michael who just finished getting his PhD in Biomedical Engineering, and Sarah who is pursuing a Masters in Business Administration and works as a pharmaceutical representative.

Dr. Nimali Fernando
Nimali Fernando, MD, MPH, FAAP completed her medical degree and masters degree in public health at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in 1999. She then completed her pediatric residency training at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, TX. After finishing a year as a chief resident, she joined the faculty at University of Texas in the division of general pediatrics. She was the director of Houston’s LBJ Hospital pediatric clinic until joining PL Pediatrics in 2005. She is the mother of 2 young boys and works most mornings in the office.
