Important notice to all patients of PL Pediatrics

I have had the privilege of practicing pediatrics in Fredericksburg since 1989, and now it is time for me to retire. 

Our practice will be closing in 2026, with our last day being February 27, 2026. That will be our last day seeing patients.

You will need to seek another provider for your child’s care. Below are some practices you might contact.

We can supply a medical records release form for your child’s records.

In order to obtain a copy of your child’s medical records, please contact SA Medical, and they will provide copies to you. There is a form which you must sign for the records. You must sign for the records, and there is a fee of $25.00 for each record. SA Medical is located next door to our office, at 4552 Empire Court. Their hours are 8am to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Their phone number is 540-371-4488.

It is a little hard to move on, but we must. I thank you for your trust over the years and wish the very best to all of you!

Please bring only the patient & parent/caretaker to the visit. We CAN NOT allow extra people in the waiting room or exam rooms.

The door to the clinic will be locked. Please call from you car to let us know that you have arrived for your appointment.

we will meet you and your child at the front door.

We can do PCR covid testing at times.

This will be due to the availibility of supplies.
